Guy Hennigan (7pm-7.30pm)

Guy Hennigan is one of the world's foremost authorities on Northern Soul.
Ask any Northern Soul historian and they will tell you that after the closure of the legendary 'Wigan Casino' all nighters in 1981, Guy with DJ partner Keb Darge brought in a new excitement that not only saved the Northern scene but is also now known as Northern Soul's finest time.

Jesse Dee (7.30pm-8pm)

We've had our eye and ear on this guy for a few years and we're delighted to have him on the bill.
A soul man of the highest order.

Corrina Greyson (8.15pm-9.15pm)

Corrina Greyson is no stranger to the Jazz Cafe stage, performing and recording with Lefties Soul Connection, The New Mastersounds and JTQ.
Tonight she'll deliver soul drenched raw funk and northern soul with her very own world class line up.

A couple of notable Modernistic upcoming events peeps....

The legend that is Adrian Holder from The Moment will be playing tracks from his fantastic solo album 'Whistleblower' at the Camber Sands Scooter Rally on the 4th July. Accompanied by fellow ex Moment man Robert Moore and Ben Addison off of Boys Wonder & Corduroy no less.

Also Right Side Of Funky favourite Bryn Barklam from Captain Hammond and Mother Earth will be cranking out his keyboard to play a set with mod heavyweights Secret Affair at the Camden Centre on the 30th May.

As well as all that the fantastic Neil Cowley Trio are playing at Ronnie Scott's on the 4th June and they've got a wicked promotion for tickets over £20 you can find out all about here @ Ronnie Scott's

‘Miss G’, the lady behind G-Spot Events is no stranger to these shores.

In the 90’s she toured extensively throughout Europe and the states, and her commanding performances earned her the reputation as one of the UK’s best female blues and soul vocalists.

She has since gone on to record and perform with many of the UK’s funk and soul scenes most established artists..

Tonight she’ll be taking to the stage, in her inimitable style with Lefties Soul Connection to deliver a raw and soul drenched vocal set.
